Do I need to subscribe or create an account?
No. The toolkit is currently a self-contained HTML file that opens in a modern browser. There is no recurring software subscription.
Will it work on my phone?
The interface is responsive and designed for modern browsers on desktop and mobile devices. Saving and printing can vary by device or browser. We recommend testing your preferred setup before relying on it for business-critical records.
Can I export the quote as a PDF?
Yes. The quote builder uses your browser's Print function. Choose “Save as PDF” to create a customer-facing quotation. The document does not include your internal cost or margin figures.
Does it work without internet?
Yes, once you have downloaded the file. You can open the toolkit offline. Saved quotations remain in your browser's local storage on that device. Export backups regularly to avoid losing them.
Does it calculate VAT automatically?
You can enable an optional VAT calculation and choose a rate. Your tax obligations depend on your circumstances. CleanQuote is not accounting software and does not provide tax advice.
Will CleanQuote calculate the right price for my business?
It calculates a suggested price based on the costs and target margin you enter. It cannot know your complete expenses, local competition or market demand. You remain responsible for reviewing prices and quotes before using them.
Can I request a refund?
You can request a refund within the guarantee period shown on your Hotmart purchase and subject to the applicable terms and your statutory consumer rights. Use Hotmart’s refund process at refund.hotmart.com. The voluntary guarantee period must be confirmed in the checkout before we advertise a specific number of days.
How do I receive my download?
Hotmart handles payment and digital delivery. After payment confirmation, check the email address used at checkout and your Hotmart purchases area for download/access instructions. The exact delivery time is being verified with a controlled order.
Does it work for teams or regular contracts?
You can enter the number of cleaners, hours and labour costs for a job. For repeat visits, the tool also offers a simple illustrative monthly projection. It is not a contract management or scheduling platform.
Are there updates and support?

Does it work on iPhone?
The interface is designed to adapt to small screens. We have not yet completed a verified iPhone Safari end-to-end test covering local saving and PDF export. Those features may vary across browsers and devices. We will update this answer after testing.
Is this an app I have to install?
No app-store installation or user account is required. Download the provided files, open the HTML application in a compatible browser, enter your costs and prepare a quotation. Quote storage depends on the browser; export regular backups.
