1. Who is responsible for your data?

This sales website is operated by Athos Leonan (individual seller), based in Faro, Portugal. The full business correspondence address must be confirmed before publication. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email athosleonan@gmail.com. Confirm before launch whether you must appoint a UK representative or identify another controller.

2. What information do we handle?

When you buy or contact us, data may include your name, email address, order identifiers, product purchased, transaction status, messages to support and the minimum accounting records required by law. Card payment details are entered on Hotmart's checkout rather than this sales page. We do not need your customers’ cleaning-job details to process your purchase.

3. Why and on what grounds?

• Orders and support: to supply the digital purchase and answer questions (contract performance).
• Records and compliance: where legally required for tax, consumer protection or accounting (legal obligation).
• Security and service improvements: limited operational information (legitimate interests assessed against your rights).
• Optional Meta advertising: only when you actively consent on the site (consent).

4. Payment and digital delivery

Purchases are handled by Hotmart and its payment/delivery partners under their applicable terms and privacy information. Hotmart may send transaction confirmation and digital access information. Confirm before launch: the actual Hotmart entity handling purchases, any platform integrations, and the relevant data-controller/processor relationships.

5. The offline application

The downloadable CleanQuote UK HTML application runs locally in a browser. Calculated job prices and quotations are designed to stay on the device and in browser storage where supported, not on a CleanQuote server. Clearing browser data or changing browsers may cause local records to disappear. The app includes a JSON backup export. Customers should protect any files containing their own clients' personal data.

6. Cookies and marketing

The sales page remembers your cookie choice locally and loads Meta Pixel for advertising analytics only after you accept. You can reject optional advertising and continue browsing. See Cookies & Tracking for technical detail and how to change your choice.

7. Who receives data and where?

Where necessary, order/support information may be accessible to Hotmart, hosting and email providers and other suppliers. Confirm before launch: identify all actual providers, whether data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, and any legal safeguards used.

8. How long is it kept?

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, including any mandatory accounting or consumer-law retention. Confirm before launch: the actual retention periods for order records, support requests and website logs.

9. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection to processing. You can also withdraw marketing consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact athosleonan@gmail.com. Individuals in the UK may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office; those in Portugal may contact the CNPD.

10. Contact and changes
