Terms of Sale and Refunds

Draft prepared 5 November 2026 · Not yet approved for publication

Publication status: draft. This policy is prepared for the planned CleanQuote UK checkout. The seller name, location and support email have been entered. A complete trading address and all details marked “confirm before launch” still require confirmation and legal review before paid traffic.

1. Seller and contact

Seller: Athos Leonan (individual seller), Faro, Portugal. Support: athosleonan@gmail.com. A full business correspondence address and any legally required trader details must be confirmed before publication.

2. What you receive

CleanQuote UK is a one-off digital toolkit: an offline HTML job-cost and quotation application with a quick-start guide. It calculates estimates from figures you enter and helps create customer-facing quotations. It is not a subscription, invoicing, accounting, tax, payroll or cloud service.

3. Price and purchase

The advertised price is £29, one-off. The amount charged, applicable taxes, payment currency and any checkout fees must be displayed by Hotmart before payment is authorised. The official checkout is Hotmart. Do not place a paid order unless the final amount and product match what you expect.

4. Digital access and compatibility

Once payment is confirmed, Hotmart provides instructions for accessing the purchased files through its delivery flow. Exact delivery timing and receipt email are pending end-to-end verification. The toolkit opens in a compatible modern browser. Offline use does not require an account, but local quote saving and printing/export may behave differently across browsers and devices; please back up your quotations.

5. Permitted use

The buyer receives a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the files to prepare quotations for their own cleaning business. Redistribution, resale or publication of the original application files as a separate product requires permission from the rights holder. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

6. Calculations and responsibility

All job costs, profit estimates, margin examples and suggested prices are illustrative calculations based on user-entered data and assumptions. They do not constitute business, legal, tax or financial advice and do not guarantee earnings, a particular profit margin or customer acceptance of a quotation. Users should review all figures and contractual terms before sharing a quote.

7. Refunds and cancellation

Voluntary guarantee: The exact period must match the confirmed Hotmart product settings. Proposed for launch: 30 days, not active until confirmed on Hotmart. The actual period applicable to your purchase appears in Hotmart's transaction terms. Refund requests may be made via refund.hotmart.com or through the seller's verified support contact.

For consumers purchasing downloadable digital content, the UK's usual 14-day cancellation provisions may be affected if you expressly request immediate access and explicitly acknowledge losing that cancellation right once supply begins, with the legally required confirmation. These requirements are separate from any additional voluntary guarantee. Nothing in these terms overrides statutory rights relating to faulty or non-conforming digital content.

Confirm before launch: Hotmart's digital-delivery/cancellation consent interface, exact guarantee length, refund process and any B2B/B2C distinctions with a qualified adviser.

8. Defects and consumer rights

If the digital content does not match its description or is faulty, legal remedies may apply under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable law. Contact the seller or Hotmart with the order reference and details of the issue. We do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Updates and support

The price includes the current version of the toolkit and the accompanying guide. Future updates are not guaranteed. For access or functionality assistance contact athosleonan@gmail.com. Confirm before launch: support response process and compatibility testing results.

10. Governing law

Confirm before launch: the governing-law and dispute-resolution information appropriate to the seller's actual jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections in the buyer's country are not displaced by these terms.
